Bremworth needed a way to send carpet samples to customers. The box had to be fully recyclable with no tape, no glue, no fixings, nothing that would stop someone popping it straight into the recycling bin.

It also needed to be a long, lay-flat format, which makes the structural engineering more interesting. A tall box holds itself together. A long flat box wants to sag, flex, and generally misbehave. After a bunch of prototyping and testing, we got it working. Opens up cleanly, shows off the samples properly, and goes in the bin with a clear conscience.
