BYTE is a plush snake we made for Spark's gaming event. He's posable, with a wire running through his belly so you can curl him around your desk or drape him over a monitor however you like.

The wire was the tricky bit. It had to be flexible enough to pose but secure enough that it never pokes through the fabric and scratches anyone. We tested that extensively because this needed full New Zealand toy safety certification. A plush toy going to a public event with kids around doesn't get shortcuts on compliance.

We produce custom plush through our contacts in China and we've been doing it for a long time. BYTE was a fun one because the posability added a layer of engineering that most plush projects don't need.
